Nicole is an excellent property manager. She takes great care of our properties but also really looks after the tenants which is something other property managers can tend to neglect. I cannot recommend Nicole enough. After suffering for 3 years with various Brisbane based 'teams', who consistently failed in their promises, Nicole was a complete breath of fresh air. Nothing was too much trouble, and her ability to liaise with the tenant and landlord to meet mutual ends was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicole. Her 'can do' attitude was so refreshing. I would implore anyone who is contemplating a Property Manager to give Nicole a go. You will not regret it!

While the property was up for sale 2x open homes she was very considerate, understanding and just wonderful with keeping me informed about the entire process, once the unit sold she made a stressful situation of only having 4weeks to move unbelievably easy.
