Jay has been my absolute life saver!
Jay has been my absolute life saver! Literally left the country and she has sorted it all out for me. Everything that needs to happen she is straight onto. Great communication to myself the owner even with the time differences and my lack of wifi she is still sorting it so quickly. Friendly, caring couldn’t have left my house in better hands.

Cannot recommend them more highly
Jay has been so lovely to deal with. I recently switched over to Equity Property management and cannot recommend them more highly. After years of difficulties getting into contact with my property manager and miscommunications, switching has been the best decision. My only regret is not finding Equity sooner! Excellent communication, easy to get in touch with and so organised, I'm so happy with their services

I cannot recommend Nicole enough. After suffering for 3 years with various Brisbane based 'teams', who consistently failed in their promises, Nicole was a complete breath of fresh air. Nothing was too much trouble, and her ability to liaise with the tenant and landlord to meet mutual ends was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicole. Her 'can do' attitude was so refreshing. I would implore anyone who is contemplating a Property Manager to give Nicole a go. You will not regret it!

I was dealing with Nicole as my property manager for a while before the owner decided to sell. From inspections to things needing to be done in and around the unit she had a tradie in just like that. While the property was up for sale 2x open homes she was very considerate, understanding and just wonderful with keeping me informed about the entire process, once the unit sold she made a stressful situation of only having 4weeks to move unbelievably easy.
